The silence, the house, the overall experience. We didn’t miss anything and the house is really comfortable. One can stay for hours relaxing on the terrace Really good for those who want to enjoy the quietness of Alentejo

A larger swimming pool would be nice. The water was not very warm even in the hotter days. That could be easily addressed with a solar panel dedicated to the pool. Apart from that there isn’t much more to ask for. None is of these factor spoiled the experience.

Beautiful Alentejo hill, very well maintained and esteemed, equipped with all amenities, even isolated from the nearest village, Santana do Campo. Family home, decorated with great taste, with several pieces of art, such as ceramics by Raphael Bordallo Pinheiro, the very cheerful Estremoz dolls and wonderful paintings, an exhibition that portrays the enormous generosity of the owner of the house in her pleasure in sharing, with visitors to her home, all of her treasures full of stories. It is a magical place, ideal for gathering family and friends around the table, under the large Alentejo porch for great conversations at the table, or inside around the fireplace. It was a place that left memories and longings for all our family and friends.
